How do you identify your personality? Take this short questionnaire to estimate your personality type. You may find it helpful to talk to a counselor certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire who can administer and interpret the results.
Using an estimate of your personality type will launch you immediately on your health journey. The tools you will learn to use here apply to all of us. Even if at a later time you decide you have a different type, you will be able to use these tools. If you are unsure which of two types fits you best, choose one type for now and go back later to get guidance for the other type. Please refer to the suggested readings to help you decide your type. Along the way you will learn additonal tips that may be useful.
